ok kool, i have 15lbs of sand in a 12in area. and when i got the calurpia i was told to just throw rock in there to give it something to hold on too. i do have one pepermint shrimp in there to eat the food that makes it from main tank, and a 1 1/2 lbs of small rocks. so the LFS lied to me, but i have looked at their refu and they have them set with just intake blowing at full blast with lots of rocks so that was why i believed them. thanx again, i will slow down the flow off the skimmer when i get home.
