Everones tank set up is different so the amount and gph is not cut in stone. It is best to avoid laminar flow and have more of a tidal/wave surge type water movement. Also, different corals require various water flow intensities, so this will need to be addressed as far as placement of corals and powerheads as well as the power of the powerhead.
Reading up on husbandry issues regarding particular corals and water flow, lighting etc. will afford you the best case scenario for long term success of your tank and its inhabitants! _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F.
