The V2 range are good, in fact that's what I have even though my signature says otherwise, think I better update that! Having said that the Coralife's are basically the same as V2's anyway.
Using tap water isn't really recommended, see if your local LFS has RO water that you can buy, most of them do.
As for keeping anemones, it's suggested that they go in an established aquarium only (e.g. 1 year old +) as they are pretty fussy when it comes to water quality. Obviously the older the aquarium the more stable it is, mind you that's not always the case
I have never had a Seio so I can't really comment on them. What I would recommend is either the Tunze (expensive) or Hydor Koralia (not expensive). Both are a great units and the best thing is they are not very big so you're tank doesn't look overrun with equipment!
