Don't be adding Mg unless you know what your levels are and I didn't see that test. That will get you in trouble and your tank out of wack fast.
Shoot for your Mg to be around 1400 to 1450 and as Lunatic said don't dose stuff unless you are way out of range on a parameter. You are just cycling a tank and coralline will grow just fine with time and the right parameters.
Don't do any water changes as you will just prolong the cycle. Just let the tank be and it will consume the dHK in time.
