You don't necesarily need to boil it either, you could just leave it out in the sun. Of Course, boiling isn't necessary.
NSW salt would also be cheaper to produce.Given the advantages of simply using the solids left behind by NSW, why do you suppose that major manufacturers don't do it this way? | . . . .
