How did you start the cycling process and how soon after you poured the water in the tank did you add the fish? 2. During your testing did you see a rise and fall in ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? A reading of 10 for nitrates is nothing to be alarmed about. Just make sure they don't rise. 3. Your salinity seems a bit low. Bring it up gradually to around 1.025 Five weeks is way too early for doing water changes. I would stay the course. Clowns are fairly hardy fish so I wouldn't worry about them just yet.
