Default

Coral Reefer is correct. They are anemone majano and they are more difficult to get rid of than aiptasia. Peppermint shrimp will not eat them. I once tried a Copperband butterfly fish to control them but it didn't touch them. Using Joe's Juice and/or "feeding" them kalkwasser paste may work. Best thing to do is to remove whatever rock, shell, etc., that they're growing on if that is an option. If you are able to do that, do NOT put the rock back into the tank unless you give it a good bleach soaking first (which will essentially kill everything on the rock, including bacteria and coralline).
