Has anyone else had these? ive had 2 now and i regret to inform you that i just had to flush my 2nd one... the first one my albino clawed frog ate... then i found another one and he was doing good then i came home tonight and fed him and he didnt look healthy.... i kept watching him then i looked up at him just a second ago and he was dead sucked up in the filters

it was my girlfriends fish too so hell is gonna pay

any ideas what happened?
