Nitrates are too high due to insufficient filtration as well as excess nutrients in your water caused by feeding as well as dissolved organics and inorganics and phosphates.
How are your pH and alkalinity levels?
I also think that you added way too many fish over such a short period of time, hence the bacteria level is not up to speed and population to handle the large bioload in my opinion!
Personally, I would return a few fish to your pet shop atleast initially for your tanks water parameter levels to level out at the optimal zone!
