Took me a while to get them adjusted. I finally found that the more secure the motor housing is the better. I finally just bolted the housing to the top of the tank and all has been going very well since. The real beauty is that you can really disperse additives, food, phyto etc. very evenly and quickly. The flow patterns are really varied in strength but predictable in the tank so you can place coral from very high flow to very low quite easily.
