The smallest available species of marine sharks- sold in LFS - are the following.

- Marbled Catshark (Atelomycterus macleayi) - 24" long - needs a tank of at least 225 gallons (6'L x 2.5'W x 2'T) - as adult.

- Coral Catshark (Atelomycterus marmoratus) - 27" long - needs at least 225 gallons (6'L x 2.5'W x 2'T).

- Indonesian /Zebra Bamboo (Chiloscyllium hasselti) - 24" long - also needs at least a 225 gallon.

- Gray Bamboo (Chiloscyllium griseum) - 30" long - an adult it needs a tank that is at least 315 gallons (7'L x 3'W x2'T).

"Banded" Bamboos aka Brown Banded Bamboos (Chiloscyllium punctatum) grow to be 40-42" long and requires a tank that is at least 480 gallons (8'L x 4'W x 2'T), So does the Epaulette (Hemiscyllium ocellatum) which also gets to be 42" long. The "Marbled" Bamboo aka the White-spotted Bamboo gets to be about 32-37" long and requires a tank that is at least 420 gallons (8'L x 3.5'W x 2'T).
