Food for a fungia plate

I was wondering if anyone could help me regarding food for my 2 fungia plate corals.. I feed my clowns a variety of food. Mostly pellets and they love them. I notice my fungia plates eat whatever they can get their hands on. But what would be the most beneficial type of food for them...... thanksss










12 gallon nano dx, 10 gal sump, 2 clowns, 1 red nano reef goby, bta, leather, plates, zoos

We feed ours frozen silversides or small pieces of squid. Take care to keep your fish from plucking the food out of the coral's tentacles though!

It was all bone and totally white when it was brought here to see if I could revive/save it..
In less then 2months Its huge and I think it was tweaked to the point of dividing its self there is a new oral opening developing on it and you can see it starting to divide aw bait squid is about the best thing I have ever found to feed about anything with tenticals (: anemones get huge fast,,
