| i feed them a frozen mixture thats for reef tanks.it has baby brine,brine,brocoli carrots,clam,fish eggs,garlic,7 sizes of golden pearls,krill,mysis shrimp,nori green roasted and unroasted,octopus,one eyed red plankton,oyster,oyster eggs,perch or grouper,rotifers,scallop,selco,shrimp,squid.all blended up and frozen in a block.i toss about a square inch of it in the sump every other day and let the pump pump it into the tank.everything goes nuts,lps corals open and feed,its cool,fish go nuts

| I only feed our fish flakes but the corals get meatier stuff once in awhile so whatever the fish catch then is a bonus. |

| I feed mine, Spectrum thera-a dry pellets, once about 3pm, and i feed marine cuisine at about 10pm, everyother day on the frozen food |
