| I had to vote everyday of the week. My husband used crushed coral for his substrate and, attempting to keep nitrates low, I get to clean twice a week. The I clean my son's tank and then the QT. That doesn't always account for equipment cleaning, I do that as the spirit moves me. |

| Wednesday AM is my regular maintenance day...and I don't miss it.
Mix water on Sunday...put in both heater and air stone so all is ready by Wed.
First drain water, clean skimmer, clean sump, go after any algae that was getting past my mag float, replace water. Takes about 15-20 minutes if that.
(every other week I replace filter bags with clean ones and add new carbon) _________ AG "125," AquaC EV 180, 30 gal sump, "SCWD", 80 lbs LR, CoralSeaLife "Moonlite" Hood, PFO 250W HQI Mini-Pendant (SPS HQI 14000k bulb)
12 Gallon NanoCube - 24w stock PC 50/50 light "...nothing good ever happens fast in a reef tank, only bad things happen fast..."
