Same here, I get about 1/2 the cup every 3 - 4 days. That's a good time to clean the skimmer when I empty the cup. I don't even have to take it out of the sump. I use a 3/4" nap plastic core paint roller cover. Fits right over the center lift tube and cleans the bubble chamber clean as a whistle!

Like Vamp75 said, better skimmate on a clean plenum, not to mention i am still trying to adjust my Valve gate mod on my G3. | |

well...latley ive been bad just cleaning it when it gets full...which is only about 1-2 weeks...but usually i clean every time i does every 3-4 days  _________ Tank Specs:
