     |  We are back!
Well folks... it looks like I won this round.
The site is back.
I want to thank everybody for their patience during this time.
I have upgraded everything - I mean everything.
I have closed some doors.
I have mopped up a lot.
All indications are positive at this point, so I turned the lights on.
I want to give a special thanks to the many of you that donated money during this time.
It was because of you and your encouragement that I was able to stay up late and get up early and do what I had to do here in addition to my daily life.
So many of you expressed how much this site means to you. And in the last couple months after a summer off, I have realized how much this site means to me as well. I love this site and it is rewarding to see it grow. Many of you are good friends too.
I promise I will work hard to make sure that this never happens again. I have been naive about a few things, but no more. This has been a big lesson and I have learned it the hard way. As bad as it was, I couldn't imagine what it would feel like if it were wiped out and I lost 11 years of my life.
So, again - Thank you so much for your support. And thank you for making 3reef your home.
It means a lot.

Great job Matt!!! Your efforts surely have not gone un-noticed! Hopefully, you won't have to deal with scenarios such as that which you just experienced by some bad eggs corrupting 3reef...or any other site for that matter!
Thanks for your efforts and hopefully you can relax now, plus with the holiday season right around the corner, you want to enjoy them!!!!!

Matt, You Rock. You really don't know what you have until it's gone. I've now been a member of 3REEF for almost 5 years. I can with out hesitation say that it is the Best Reef site on the Web. That is 100% because of your dedication and all the personal touches you work very hard to make happen.
