| Massive 3reef Upgrade Today FYI:
I took today and tomorrow off to do a MASSIVE site upgrade. This will include upgrading ALL the software with the latest versions and sercurity fixes - the portal, the forum, classifieds, photo section, reviews, and about 2 or 3 others behind the scenes. I have been preparing behind the scenes for weeks, but I know that this will take a lot of work to get the whole stack of cards to stand. There will be a gazzilion new features that I am excited about.
I hope this will take no longer than 3 hours, maybe as little as one. But when you are upgrading EVERYTHING, who knows!
I plan on starting in less than 1 hour.
SOrry for the pain. The site will be down during this time, but better than ever when it returns.
Wish me luck!

| Ah upgrades... aren't those fun... we usually do them at night where i work. That way our clients aren't down for several hours during the day just kidding. Just the fact you took 2 days off work for this says a lot.
Good luck Matt.

| Man no 3 reef for three hours.... what will I do?
Guess I will have to go log some more hours on the DIY stand, so I can eventually spend some time looking at my tank some day instead of the computer.
Thanks Matt... looking foward to the updates. GOOD LUCK!!

| Glad to hear it. And thanks everybody! Today went rather well although I was off on my estimate of course. It did take a while.

| Congrats on the upgrade. I can't believe 3.6.4 is already out. 3.6.3 was barely even around. _________ Curt |

| Thanks Inwall. They kick out new versions quick when they find significant security concerns. You can either do patches or full upgrades. I've patched in the past but today was full from 3.5.4 which is a big leap.
