| could my sump be filtering water enough that its cleaner than when it came from the faucet?or is the 534ppm reading not as important as people say?i'm confused.my water is the best water i ever drank.my tank looks terrific.my reading is 534ppm but everyone elses reads cleaner.now i just checked my girlfriends water and it reads 222ppm and her water never tastes good. |

All joking aside, I got mine and I tested my tap water and I got 89 tds. My spectrapure tds meter attached to my RO/DI unit reads zero on my incoming tap water.
