3reef Offers Picnik Image Editing

Here are some tips from Picnik for those of you having issues saving your edited images. If you have problems, please try these and send me a PM with how it worked for you. (AT MY WORK - I HAVE VERIFIED THAT THE FIREWALL HERE PREVENTS SAVING)

- If never worked, possibly looking at a virus detector\firewall interfering with the Save. ZoneAlarm, Norton 360 and BitDefender can all be set at too high a security level preventing Picnik’s request\response actions.

o Temporarily disabling them for a test is a great idea.

- Otherwise, a Flash reinstall can sometimes help.

o Please uninstall first: How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

o Then go here to reinstall: Adobe - Adobe Flash Player

All the premium features that were disabled are now available for all 3reef members!

i think the link for the instructions is bad. i cant get it to load, is this just me?

Can you provide more detail on what you are doing?

Picnik will resize ... Anything 800px wide or less should upload here fine... when posting... you can click the 'Manage Attachments' button below box to see file size limits on 3reef.

File size restrictions are:

Matt,
it appears as if the link to piknik instructions may still be broken. I'd like to start my build thread if I can figure out how to get my pictures sized to fit. Currently, 2.5Mb each seems to be to large.
