i switched over to seachem gel, got tired of loosing the small granuals of rowaphos, and their like cement after awhile. seachem gel is the best of both worlds, charcoal and a media that takes out silica and phos. its tumbling in a reactor and has seperated itself with the the charcoal on top. read the specs on this stuff, i wont go back to rowaphos.

the refugium however is here to stay, will never get rid of that
