On a 75 all I'd do is find about a 5 gallon bucket or little 5.5 gallon tank and set it under the tank above the sump all you need is about 5 to 7 gls. Simple rule of thumb is bigger is not always better or needed I have found that a fuge that is 1/10th the size of the supported system and then flow about 1/10th of the fuges water volume through the fuge works perfectly.. Remember a refugium is a simple garden and to feed it there has to be a given amount of nitrogen and ammonias and Nitrates And if you have more garden then fertilizers then the garden does not do very well.
