Default Help Me Figure Out What This Is...

I have some stuff growing in my tank... not sure what it is or where it came from. started a few weeks ago and I first noticed it on my Green Star Polyp. I thought it was a sponge but now that it is a little bigger I can tell it is not one. I noticed it in a few other places in the tank and oddly enough there is some on one of my snails shells...
Here are the best of the pictures I can get. Hopefully someone can figure it out and tell me.
Thanks
