Default Is this zoo pox?

I have had this colony for over a year, after I went on vacation for two weeks my water parameters were all messed up. Alk at 6 DKH,
ca was good at 490, magnesium was at 1100ppm. I then notice 7 polyps on this colony had melted. I'm thinking it was due to the low ALK, but someone told me it could be zoo pox. Here is a pic any sugestions welcome, I have already dipped in luguls iodine for 7 minutes.http://www.3reef.com/photos/showphoto.php/photo/3789][/url]
