Default Another Sump Idea

I found a guy off RC that makes sumps like this, and it just looks like it would work great!!

1) Water comes in on the left, then flows over the plate
2) Build a little eggcrate box, and make a spot on top for live rock rubble and macro, then under the box make little compartments and put mud ( kittly litter) and abounch of cleaner clams.
3) Water flows through the baffels to make sure there are no bubbles
4) HOB skimmer runns in this chamber, then water gets pumped back to tank.

Im not sure if that makes sents so I make a cheap pic. I just dont know what kinda flow to put in a refuge like this. I added the live rock rubble, mud, and cleaner clams idea, but the design comes from RC. Let me know what you think.
