Default Canister Or Sump?

Quick Question.....i Have A 150 Ltr An Hour Canister Filter, Would Haveing A Sump Greatly Effect My Tank In A Better Way?

100 cm x 40cm x 60 cm marine tank, aqua nova canister filer 1500lph, jebo protein skimmer, aqua one metel halide..1x150wat 10000k and 2 x 24wat blue actanic's.

Blue tang
Salifin tang
scotter blenny
bi colour blenney
royal dottyback
bicolour angle
sand goby
puffer

Bubble tip Anemone
frogspawn
3 other corals not sure about names,
12 kg's live rock
