Remember to never block the output of a skimmer

. A long time ago I was cleaning my skimmer (berlin xl at the time) and i was using a sponge (like the ones for washing dishes with a coarser side) to clean the inside of the return line and the phone rang. So i forgot the sponge in there. Plugged everything back up and left the room while the skimmer filled up (the XL were BIG

). When i came back the collection cup had overflowed about 10 gallons on the floor. Thats a mag 12 at 0" head plugged on the skimmer for ya
