Turn off the return pumps, let the tank drain to the sump. Drain the sump into a bucket. Remove flex and install pvc. Let it cure the alloted time, return water to sump start return pump and watch for leaks. Helpful tips buy the pvc cutter its worth the 12 dollars. Buy ball valve rather then gate valves. Make sure you buy all the right type fittings valves and such not threaded and slip if you must mix make sure you buy right adapters. Install unions on anything that may need service and one right before connections to the tank. Good time to add check valves. Try and measure and assemble layout first to save down time. Buy extra of everything if this is your first time doing this. (returns after the tank is back up are easier then 10 trips to hardware store while tanks is down). Leave power heads running in the tank. Just for kicks I used to paint intake and returns diffirent colors but dont do that as much now. _________  Starting over with a 210 RR from All Glass, Lifereef Berlin sump, skimmer (installed) and calcium reactor (ordered).
