Time to stock up. 2+ years ago I bought all of the salt from a fish store going out of business on the cheap. I think I paid $20 for 150 gal of mix. I'm finally down to my last 200 gal. So now I'm spoiled and still cheap. (This said as dumb dumb over here is finishing up a 300 gal reef.

Sooo, does anyone know where to get salt cheap? I'm not a real salt snob so I'm pretty flexable on brand. I just like to stay consistant once I'm using it. I'm OK with buying a lot if the price is right. Maybe some sort of Chicago area group buy if anyone knows how to coordinate it? Any ideas spring to mind?

Oh, I'm currently running Seachem.

Oh, I'm currently running Seachem. _________ 300 Reef; 325LR, 1/2" sand bed in tank, 3" sand bed in 215 gal sump/refugium and Berliner PowerPro SS twin becket skimmer. 210 Reef; with 225 lbs of LR, 300 lb DSB, Large W/D and Jebo 520 skimmer modified to accept a becket. 90 RR FOWLR; tied into the 300's sump with a closed loop for extra circulation. 55 hospital.
