Unhappy 6 line wrasse, a cannibal?

Yesterday I got a 6 line, a yellow watchman Goby, and a long finned green chromis for a 20H tank. They seemed to get along ok yesterday and eat both some dry food and frozen brine shrimp. This morning the chromis was almost floating on top and it's fins shredded and I had to take it out. The goby is ok.If the 6 line did this is there any other fish I could put in the tank that could hold it's own with him. Would like to add another fish for a better look for the tank. Thanks.
