Default scratching?

A couple of my fish are scratching against the rocks periodically. I had ich in the tank a while ago but the fish developed the classic white spots stopped eating, and had a hard time breathing. That fish was treated and is back in the tank and not showing any problems. The other two look, eat swim and act fine but just recently started scratching (flashing?) every once in a while. Could it be some other reason than ich or they are just reacting differently? Should I let them ride it out, or remove them all again and Quarantine for 6 weeks?

Thanks,
