Default Re: What happened during FW dip?

I'm sorry for the confusion, the retail store showed a picture of a hot pink zoanthid polyp. Well... when I recieved the frag it was not the same in the picture as it was suppose to be. I didn't know what it was. I thought they just sent me an extra frag... [smiley=goofy.gif]

Here is a pic of it tonight. Notice how bright the pink color is, well with outout any poylps. The Zoa was very light pink with dark red necrosis moving inward from all of the edges. Under the coral on the bottom was a weird looking yellowish slime, along with green bubble algae. During the dip all of the slime melted. The coral did not expell get the spider web looking things like I have seen before though... I'm not sure if it will make it. I didn't think that it would have lived this long and especially not improved with color.
