Thats were i am kinda confused, it has one ballast contianer, which has the 2 ballasts 2 of something else and 2 starter things. Then it connects to 1 wire going into the light fixture, which has 2 bulbs.
So i was wondering if someone would know if it would work if i just plug a 400 watt into it, or if it would work if i just connected 2 new 150 watt ballasts too it. or what i need to due to get it to work. I dont even see a fixture like it on there website, and i am not sure how old it is.

thanks for your help!
-Daniel
