I would suggest getting bulkheads that have internal threads. That way you are not having to glue the PVC to the bulk head. This will allow you to take it apart and not have to cut and buy new if you want to take it apart. I think the MAG 15 is 1/2 external tread and the typical 75g return hole is 1" so off the pump I would go with a 1/2 to 1" internal tread. Then you could take the 1" PVC pipe up and then before you 90 it put a union in so you can take it apart. Then the 90 to the return hole then again just after the next 90 put another union. and thread it to the bulk head. J _________ started 8/7/02 370G 3x400W MH + 8X36W T5.
