Default Algae Eating Fish: The Foxface

http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...cfm?pCatId=687

Ok, have a little nuisance algae and don't won't to go the chemical route or wait it out?

THIS FISH IS A FREAKING LAWNMOWER!

I recently got a small one for my tank (yes, this means I'll be getting a bigger tank in the future as this fish is more suitable in a 70+ gallon tank. )

and let me tell you, since I started chucking food in my tank, the algae has been growing. I have stringy thick dental floss algae growing off rocks, a little hair algae here and there and some grape caulerpa that has been taking over a few rocks.

IN TWO DAYS, this fish has wiped out a majority of it. He is constantly pounding on algae, even the caulerpa.

I am psyched!!

It's mellow and unlike the one I had years ago in my thirty, this one isn't that shy. They are supposed to be hardy too and they are really good looking.

If this fish is a good match for your setup, I highly recommend it.
