It finally hit me that I should use sea water since my LFS has Catalina Island sea water. They said s.g. could sometimes fluctuate 1.025-1.028, ph should be ~8.2, Ca ~450, and a good amount of magnesium. Is this correct, and what other trace elements are in the sea water? _________ Started 10/25/04 - 10 long acrylic w/ ~14 lbs L.R., 2.5in DSB, Aquaclear P.F. w/ carbon and DIY 7w refugium, 130w of P.C., small & large zoanthid colonies, f. dusters, green/purple frogspawn, green tip hammers, galaxia, xenia, purp. gergonian, shrooms, florida ricordea, green star polyps, daisy polyps, male mandarin goby, cleaner shrimp, astreas, nehrites, emerald crab, hermits, turbos...&&&&&&
