my coil is about 14 inches tall and about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, not a very big piece of equipment, but it does a wonderful job. i have started making them for the lfs i work for. i make them out of pvc and tubing and cut up hair curlers(yes hair curlers) 1 of our customers that bought 1 from me has seen his nitrates drop from 80 ppm to 40 ppm in 3 months.
