You will find a great arsenal of information here. *Although reading books are very useful, I have found that the greatest and best way of learning on all sorts of topics in this hobby is by using this site. *Look in the forums and you will find information for issues from the most basic to the most advanced. *How people solved, prevented, and dealt with problems, problems you might encounter in your reefkeeping. *You will also find that no question is a dumb question here on 3reef. *A group of people that care about the creatures you put in your tank as much as you do, or more. *You will occasionally see a couple of &quoton't kill fish Rants", and these are important to read, because they keep you from making basic mistakes and help you fight that beginner's impulse to buy, when it's not the time yet. These posts also help you develop basic principles *for reefkeeping. *

Now when you get tired of reading through the beginners stuff and want to try a looksie at something more advanced, *check out www.advancedaquarist.com .

Welcome to 3reef and Happy Reefkeeping.
