Hiya "superfish" --

"Noise" not necessarily just a matter of what skimmer to get...

Type pumps, overflows, etc...all play a much larger role.

Often hard to tell till you get all assembled...

Maybe not what you wanted to hear...but sorting out the myriad of "options" is a big part of this "art"...

I am very "partial" to my AquaC -

Biggest noise reduction I wish I had made was spending couple extra bucks more for the "quietest" cooling fans on the market...
