Craig,
Alot of fairy wrasses look similar to your picture when they are young or juvenile. That same pinkish hue, yellow eyes, and a dot.
Do you see any kind of pale blue lines around the face?
I'm taking a guess here but you may have a very young lineatus fairy.

Other possible candidates that can look almost exactly like that:
Tono's fairy
Katherine's fairy
Pink-Margin fairy
Does he appear to look young or full grown? If its the flavidorsalis they don't get very big (max 3-3 1/2"
they are very similar in size to a lubbock's. However, the flavidorsalis tends to have more of a light orange hue.
